A MAJOR RECOGNITION: Kovačine Camp, a part of the Cres island-based company Cresanka d.d., was awarded the prestigious “ADAC Superplatz 2024” title at the PiNCAMP GALA 2024 event held at the CMT fair in Stuttgart, thereby sealing its place among Europe’s leading camps – the best of the best.
Camp Kovačine was awarded the prestigious award “ADAC Superplatz 2024” at the gala event PiNCAMP GALA 2024.
Germany’s ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club) is the largest automobile association in Germany and Europe as a whole, with more than 20 million members.
The ADAC Superplatz is the highest rating title given once a year by ADAC, in cooperation with the PiNCAMP camping portal, to Europe’s best camps who received the highest rating of 5 stars, valid for the upcoming tourist season. Each year, ADAC’s inspectors travel across Europe in search of the best and most beautiful camps.
The rating reflects the efforts of the camps in meeting the strict ADAC criteria, as well as the subjective impressions of the camp guests. The rating criteria are well-known, and include the number and quality of the sanitary facilities, the amenities and maintenance of the grounds, shopping and catering options, as well as recreational activities and bathing facilities. The rating guidelines are regularly reviewed by ADAC, ensuring that they always incorporate the current trends and developments in the camping sector. Only those camps that meet the highest standards can be awarded the “ADAC Superplatz” title,
which guarantees the perfect holiday for all our guests in terms of the amenities, entertainment offer, conditions for camping and stay of families with children and guests of all ages, cleanliness, safety, and more. Only a few camps in Europe are able to qualify.
